Global MobileTech, Inc. was organized under the laws of the state of Nevada as a mining company. In March 2010, we initiated steps to realize our new objective of becoming a provider of mobile VoIP calls and mobile advertising services globally with proprietary technology licensed by VyseTECH Asia. In tandem with the reorganization of our operations, we appointed a new board and management team lead by Aris Bernawi, a former Deputy Director-General of the Malaysian Telecommunications Department and Senior Director of the Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission.
We have used our core skills in multimedia content design and production, information technology and mobile VoIP services to build a carrier and mobile handset neutral Ad Server by integrating our proprietary Mobile Multimedia Sharing Gateway (“MMSG”) and Mobile VoIP Gateway (“MVG”). The Ad Server has paved the way for us to (i) enter the lucrative mobile advertising market globally (ii) launch MobiCAST, a free access mobile-Web social network and micro-multimedia blogging service that enables users to exchange text messages, photos, breaking news, gossips and videos from any mobile phone; and (iii) offer a unique mobile VoIP service that enables mobile communication devices to communicate with each other using the Internet.
During July 2010, we expanded our operations to include the design, integration, marketing and sales of solar PV-wind hybrid system in partnership with Powernique Technology. Our partnership with Powernique has enabled us to offer a total solar PV-wind hybrid power generation system integrated with our remote monitoring and control solution. The remote monitoring and control solution was developed utilizing our skill in mobile VoIP technology to help optimize the productivity, reliability, safety and security of our hybrid system in compliance with prevailing environmental and safety regulations.

Aris SolarWind Solutions
We have developed our business model to insure that recurring revenue is generated from the production of clean electricity directly from the sun and wind for a greener environment. We design, integrate, market and sell solar PV-wind hybrid systems for rural/remote island electrification and to power radio base stations/cell towers. Our projects are implemented primarily in conjunction with government agencies and telcos in Asia. We secure our projects through direct bidding/negotiations or through resellers.
We have built our business model based on our belief in sharing our success with our stakeholders - Brand Owners, Enterprise Owners, Channel Partners, Community Members and Micro-Multimedia Bloggers and Investors.
The rise of digital culture which has fragmented retail consumers into small targeted audiences has created opportunities for us to combine our expertise in multimedia design and content production with mobile communication. This has helped to broaden our revenue base that will insure the continued growth and profitability of the Company.
Our business model is underpinned by the unique ability of our Mobile Multimedia Sharing Gateway to send specific multimedia messages to mobile phones of target audiences for greater reach, sharper and speedier targeting of our Community Members at the right place and right time. Our model has served us well regardless of the current difficult economic conditions.
Our classified mobile and online advertising service is targeted at Brand and Enterprise Owners on a broad spectrum that includes Mom and Pop owners to supermarkets and Brand Owners seeking to promote their products and services globally for as low as $10 a day.
We return part of our revenue to our Community Members for viewing advertisements on their mobile phone through our MobiREWARDS program while micro-multimedia blogging to earn free talk time for long distance and international calls. Enterprising Community Members will also have an opportunity to receive cash incentives for uploading compelling multimedia content that will drive other community users to our social network.
Our multimedia design and content production, information technology applications and services are packaged and marketed under the brand name MobiLIVE. We have been involved in the provision of MobiLIVE services since 2003. With our wealth of experience, we have developed a functioning supply chain that optimizes the process with suppliers and contractors to replace our in-house production team.
Our production takes place in collaboration with contractors who specialize in contract production of multimedia content and delivery of information technology applications. We hire contractors from around the world to insure continuous and flexible production and deliveries.
Based on contracts we have secured, we define the scope of work for our contractors. Production takes place according to a well structure process that is supplemented with quality control through our online testing system during production and at completion of the task by the contractor.
Our outsourcing policy has proven to be effective in helping us perform on contracts for our customers within the pre-agreed timeline, quality and cost. The policy has also allowed us to adapt more rapidly to changes in demand for our services as well as to release capital for other purposes.
